need venturi valve

i'm looking for a 1"-3/4" venturi fitting, thought maybe there could be some ex reef keepers turned discus keepers, that may have one kicking around?

What do you use a venturi for? What pressure do you want to generate? It's simple and easy to make. Just create an restriction and an entrainment port. Ask any Home care medical supply company who sells oxygen venturi mask. cost a few dollars. or go to your local hospital and ask for one. They have various adaptors from 24%, 28% 31% 35% 40% AND 50% in each package of Venturi mask. they can only use one and throw away the rest of them. The connection for your sponge filter is a reverse venturi valve. I see people use them without the tube. That defeats the venturi effect which sucks the water through the filters. HTH
