love that last pic Steve-O.
Getting down to the wire now. It's been a lot of fun raising these guys and a pleasure to be a part of such an awesome community of hobbiests!!! It's a certainty that I would not have had this kind of success had it not been for Simply Discus. This has to be the best forum on the net, period!
Nothing to report really, just have some fat happy discus. I'll just let the pics and a little video do the update.
love that last pic Steve-O.

Thanks Ed! I think that one has the nicest shape and colors (don't know how to judge discus) But the one in the last pic is a good 3/16 to 1/4 inch bigger. As we get down to it and at some point have to submit one for judging, I'm not sure which way to go or what criteria is the most important. I would think conformation over size probably?
Only one? Tough job, all of the contestants did a great job on the whole group.
I'd imagine size is one of the criterias they'll be judge one, but I doubt it'll be the only one. Wasn't there a post by Al explaining this?
I say you turn yourself into one of the judges from the University. Print out the form they use, pull a chair in front of the tank, and judge them yourself. Browse the University section too.
Good luck!
