Wow, I hated Philly water, but the fish seem to revel in it. They look wonderful! Hands down some of the healthiest, robust & vibrant looking Discus I've seen lately. Not to mention they are drop dead gorgous.
All has been going well with the challenge so far. Daily water changes of 80% and feeding 4 to 5 x daily. Food has been PE shrimp, pellets, flake,,bw and black worms. I have been out of bh mix for 3 weeks, i call my butcher and he has agree to trim and grind my next order so we can make up a batch. I attached a video of them feeding tonight. Check out the bull hanging in the back, he is a coming along nicely. I have two confirmed females, they don't seem to have a problem finding a date I did lose a nice bn pleco who was sucked down the drain on friday

Thank you very much Joan. Yes my water is terrible here. I think i prep my water better then our water company does
Thanks Eddie. I am feeling better, possibly going back to work next week. Sorry for the poor quality photo. The females are really starting to put on a show for the men.
Ricardo. I was thinking of you when i took that last picture. You picked that guy right out last week Thanks for the feed back
It is funny when they are facing you straight on, they have to turn a bit to see you. Thanks so much Chris
Lots of love goes into them Jason. I treat them right, they pay me back with beauty. Been awhile since i shot a video of them, kinda gives you a better idea of the groups interaction. Funny how the big guys just lay back and wait for the food to come to them. Spoiled buggers Thank Pal.
Holly moley, awesome discus. In my book, you have already won the contest,
