Wow Steve, that guy in the second picture down looks huge !
What a variety in color and patterns, they all look awesome. Impossible for me to pick a favorite out of that group.
Looking forward to seeing your new tank.
Take care

This should be my last update before the fish get moved into their new home. I acquired a 90 gallon tank and will be setting it up next week. The plan is to keep it bare bottom but I will be adding a couple of potted amazon swords and maybe a piece of driftwood with anubius nana attached. It will have 2 small sponge filters and the canister that is on the current tank. With the additional filtration and planted material I'm hoping to reduce the amount and frequency of water changes.
You can see from these photos I have an algae problem that has been getting progressively worse. I shortened the light duration but then I realized (duh) it was getting blasted by the halides from the display tank. The new tank is going in the same room so I'm gonna have to rig up some kind of shield so I don't have to deal with the algae.
I tried for half an hour to get some kind of quality shots but failed miserably. Hopefully the new glass tank with no scratches will help. Then again maybe it's the camera. Then again maybe it's just me.

Hey Steve,
Fish are looking great. Hard to pic a fav. Spike is a monster and good looking but I think I might have to side with Eddie on this. That one is beautiful. It's amazing the variety of patterns that are showing up in these challenge fish.
Kirk
Thanks Ed, Raul, that one has the brightest markings for sure.
Thanks Chris, got the stand put in for the new tank today just cinder blocks and a plywood base. It's not gonna be real pretty but I don't think the fish will notice.
Kirk, yeah the best thing is the differences from that one to the solid golden nacho and those in between. Very very cool. Great stock!
They Look GREAT Steve. Keep up the good work.
