Just tried a really easy image resizer... Its called PhotoRazor 2.5 by Stormdance...

worked really well for me and simple to use...

Al,
could not be any easier to install or use. I was getting ready to resize a huge amount of work photos in photoshop for a portfolio I need tomorrow which would have taken a few hours. Install and ran this program, Done in 1 minute! Now more time for simply.
