Late Afternoon Trip to Orlando Wetlands

[Second Hand Pat]

I meet with a few members of my camera club at Orlando Wetlands. We meet at 5pm and it wasn't too hot, there was a nice breeze and the high cloud cover provided really nice light. We walked out to the rookery and there were fledgling spoonies everywhere. Flying everywhere, knocking each other off perches. The parents were still feeding some of the fledglings. This is part one as I am still processing images.

Thank you Al and you are so right, they grow so fast! It's really fun watching them jockey for position when landing in a tree or doing their short flights.
