Okay thank you for all your help! I have ordered a kit to test for metals primarily and some other substances from an EPA certified water testing lab that I found through my county’s public health website. Once it arrives, I send a sample of my water back in the kit they provide and then they test it at their lab and send me results. Will take probably a week, maybe more.
For now, my plan is to keep up with water changes/substrate vacuuming/etc, no meds, removing the stressy angel pair—sound ok?
Anything you think I should add to my canister filters or HOBs on the tank? Like a carbon pad? (I haven’t been running carbon in the tank bc I read it can create issues for discus. I don’t run carbon in any of my tanks actually).
