4.5" Discus pair - eggs no wigglers - NYC - Pickup Only

Two of my discus have paired up and are making life hard for the others in the community, so it's time for them to be re-homed.

Both are about 4.5".

Apparent male is a red turq from Hans. He is constantly dancing and showing for the female. The female is of an unknown strain, appears to be a snakeskin of some kind. They have laid eggs, but the apparent male promptly ate the eggs. They are strongly paired and rarely leave each other's company to do anything other than shoo away the other discus.

Looking to get these two to a new home ASAP so peace can return to the community. You can see my poor Marlboro Red hiding from them in one of the photos.



Asking $200 for the pair. Available for pick up in Sunset Park, Brooklyn.

Well, they laid again, and this time they aren't eating the eggs. Instead the discus are constantly cleaning and tending to them. The eggs are looking healthy and viable.

(sorry for all the bubbles in the photos- this was just before lights-off and the water is very saturated with oxygen and co2)
