Ryan,
They are looking fantastic...
Well, things have been really hectic around here. I apologize for the slow updates.
As usual there is not much to report. Sometimes no news is good news, though. I'm still waiting on that next growth spurt. Most of mine have stayed a solid color. The biggest fish in the group shows a nice bit of white striation on his face and forehead, but otherwise they're mostly all yellow.
I did include one very blurry picture of that particular fish (without flash) to give you an idea of his true color and also because it showed off how tall its gotten.
You can spot my runt pretty easily. S/he is not only smaller but also lighter in color than all the rest.
I'm doing four feedings a day, sometimes more if I'm in the fish room and they beg for a snack. Water changes are every other day @ 100%. I had to stop the daily ones because of my astronomical water bill.
Ryan,
They are looking fantastic...
Hi Ryan
They all look great, healthy, erect fins, awesome.
That one with striations looks like color developing on his sides too. Really a high body and huge fish.
What ya mean growth spurt, they are getting huge.
Good job, take care
Bill
