    Default Tank mates for Rams.

Hey, what tank mates do you have in with your rams if any? and what plants as the temperatures are so high.

You and others may laugh but I have endler guppys with my rams. Im sure the baby guppys get picked off but theres actually babies Surviving fine. They dont bother the adults and juvenile guppies. I added them to my wild ram tanks to make them feel more comfortable as the rams were skittish..
    Temp 85 F

    Also have glass shrimp.in there

    And bristlenose pleco.

For plants.. not your typical aquatic plants..I use submerged pothos in most of my tanks.

Thanks, my tank so far just has a bit of wood in it... thinking to get some plants but go no light except room light. Use the 5' tank to grow out new fish and may be more if/when they pair up to a 30gal (smallest I have) or let them get on with it and see what happens? All get eaten.
