Well I have to say.. I am pleasantly surprised. I always thought bringing a product to market would take years.. Its incredible what Acme Aquarium Products was able to do in a matter weeks.

He Al, how's this project going? I wonder how it would taste to the fish ground up in a beef heart mix?
Hi Liz,
Its going well .. I have my large Axolotl tank covered in it and have some in several smaller tanks including the crayfish tank. Contrary to everyones fears it hasnt taken over everything including my toilets.. though it did migrate to a few adjacent tanks .. removing the unwanted greenies was easy enough.
I bet it would be great in beefheart. maybe a quick steaming first.
Al
Would blanching or steaming it kill any fresh wanter diesase organisms that might come with it?
Yep.. thats why I suggested it..plus it prevents unwanted populations in tanks.
Any chance of you sending me some next time I make pork heart. It will be a good while so you'll have lots of time to save it up ;)
Sure liz.. I have to keep pruning it back . Just fished out a bunch for my hens

Well, don't laugh despite what I said earlier in the thread. If the fish like it I'll start growing them myself. God knows I have plenty of empty tank space.
