A scam for online buyers! Beware it’s a legal scam!

Black Friday I bought some things from petco online. Paid through PayPal. On the petco site was a $10 refund. Pressed this and was asked for my email. After putting that on I was asked another question and I figured I didn’t need the $10 refund and signed out. But through that and the petco site this company free shipping.com was able to bill and take $21 out of my PayPal account. All legit. PayPal stopped future payments but refused refund. Said it’s legit. Looked it up on google and there are hundreds of reports like this. Somehow they are allowed to attach to big companies selling online!! So beware of a 10% off or a $10 refund. Being on a petco site it looked legit.

I did it once too. The offer the discount across multiple site, but they charge upfront.
There is always a first time for everythin. :(
