Sump with Air Stones

I am in the planning stage for a new Tank 90-125 Gal with a sump Sump, the tank will be bare bottom and I really would like the tank to have No exposed equipment inside (Heaters, return pipes & Air stones etc). i am planning on using filter socks with a crash box setup so i can change them easily without disturbing the plumbing and flow and there will be a couple of weirs from chamber to chamber and K1 media with lots of Air agitation for the bacteria & heater and return pump. My question is will this be enough to oxygenate the water?
