Hi all,
We've got another new Moderator joining our team, and I am very happy to announce that Len_S has come on board to help us out with our day to day running of the forum. I think that Len will be an excellent addition to our team.
He will be working with Paul, myself, and our fellow Mods and admins with all aspects of this forum. I believe he will make an excellent Moderator here and I am really glad to have him with us in this capacity. This role is not any easy one for any moderator, especially when a problem post or thread occurs. Please understand and respect that he has full authority to mediate any problems that may arise and enforce any rules or policies we have in place as do all of our moderators here.
As a team we will be undertaking several major changes to the forum over the next year (more on that latter :) ) and our Moderator staff will be instrumental in helping make these changes a success.
With that , I'd like to Welcome Len_S as a moderator and thank him for his help in making our great forum better.
